We are seeking an experiencedUKG Pro WFM Solution Architect(formerly UKG Dimensions Architect) to lead the design and implementation of time tracking scheduling and absence management solutions across a complex multi-business environment. This role is pivotal in aligning UKG Pro WFM capabilities with organizational needs ensuring seamless integration optimal user experience and compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities
- Solution Design:Architect UKG Pro WFM solutions to address workforce management challenges.
- Technical Expertise: Provide advanced knowledge of modules including Timekeeper Accruals Scheduling Leave and Attendance.
- Integration:Design and support integrations using APIs and middleware (e.g. Dell Boomi).
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Translate business requirements into detailed technical and functional designs.
- Process Optimization:Enhance processes to improve end-user experience.
- Reporting & Analytics:Own reporting strategy and workflow creation using tools like Activiti.
- Mentorship:Guide and support team members to build solution capabilities.
- System Administration:Manage timeclock design access control and system profiles.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent business experience.
- 7 years of experience with UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM in a solution architecture or functional lead role.
- Deep understanding of time & attendance processes and requirements gathering.
- Experience working in global multi-country environments.
- Strong analytical documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and driving continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Healthcare domains.
- Certification in UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping Scheduling Absence).
- Familiarity with Activiti BPM platform and Dell Boomi middleware.
- Experience with Kronos iSeries is a plus.
