Reporting To: Head of Digital Marketing
Location: Remote (Ireland) with a requirement to attend the office (Dublin 2) for meetings/training as required
Contract duration: Permanent contract
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 39 hours a week
Remuneration: 35000 - 40000 per annum
Benefits: 25 days annual leave (exclusive of public holidays) financial support for further education two days positive mental
health leave annually and access to the four-day working weekprogramme.

About the role:
This is a hybrid role that combines content creation with support across paid media and digital advertising. As the Content Creator & Paid Media Assistant you will be responsible for producing engaging digital content across our platforms while also assisting in the planning execution and reporting of our paid campaigns. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing and Content teams to help bring our campaigns to life and ensure they reach young people across Ireland in meaningful and accessible ways. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and digitally-minded individual who is passionate about youth engagement social media and the impact of accessible information and support.
The ideal candidate is a digital marketing professional with experience in creating content and an interest in the relationship between content and paid social media campaigns and Google Ads. You will be a fast learner eager to work as part of a team as well as independently and have a passion for best-in-class digital marketing in the not-for-profit sector. Youll work closely with the Digital Marketing team to support the delivery of our digital strategy across platforms with a focus on creating engaging multimedia content and assisting with digital advertising efforts.
