Were looking for a Business Intelligence & Insights Analyst to join our DAI team - a unique role where youll leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver strategic tools and solutions to support the fraud lifecycle funnel. Your work will empower partners inform high-impact decisions and shape the future of our fight against insurance fraud.

Key Responsibilities
- Recommend new business and operational strategies based on analysis and insights.
- Uncover insights through exploratory analysis evaluating event impacts and trends to support proactive strategy development.
- Create scalable innovative business solutions by working closely with cross-functional teams across fraud analytics underwriting pricing technology claims revenue vendor management etc.
- Foster an innovative mindset and be ready to challenge status-quo by adopting new ways of doing things automating existing tasks and proposing self-serve tools to our partners.
- Design and manage intuitive dashboards and tools that offer a unified real-time view of the fraud detection and prevention enabling smarter decisions across the organization.
- Champion data integrity and accuracy by establishing validation methods and clear documentation practices.
- Advance data literacy across the team promoting best practices in business intelligence and data storytelling.
- Mentor and support team growth sharing technical knowledge and business insight to uplift team capability.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Actuarial Science Statistics Finance Business Data Science or a related field
- Bilingual in English and French (required)
- Strong coding skills in SQL and Python
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau or Shiny/Posit)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail especially for quality control and data validation
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and be able to summarize results.
- Skilled in critical thinking creative problem-solving time management and multi-tasking.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
