- Payroll Officer - 12 month fixed term contract
- On-site (1 day wfh once trained)
- $90000 Super
- North of the River
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic and cross trained team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing supporting approximately 90 employess across 3 payrolls.
Managing all payroll-related compliance including PAYG superannuation and reporting obligations
Maintaining accurate employee records and handling payroll queries
Processing new starters terminations and variations to contracts
Interpreting and applying awards EBAs and legislation to ensure compliance
Preparing payroll reports for management and finance teams
Reconciling payroll accounts and assisting with year-end processes
What were looking for:
Solid experience managing end-to-end payroll in a standalone role
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation
Mining Industry experience highly desirable
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
