  • Payroll Officer - 12 month fixed term contract
  • On-site (1 day wfh once trained)
  • $90000 Super
  • North of the River

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic and cross trained team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing supporting approximately 90 employess across 3 payrolls.

  • Managing all payroll-related compliance including PAYG superannuation and reporting obligations

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and handling payroll queries

  • Processing new starters terminations and variations to contracts

  • Interpreting and applying awards EBAs and legislation to ensure compliance

  • Preparing payroll reports for management and finance teams

  • Reconciling payroll accounts and assisting with year-end processes

What were looking for:

    • Solid experience managing end-to-end payroll in a standalone role

    • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation

    • Mining Industry experience highly desirable

    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
