The Chevron Service Center (Buenos Aires Shared Service Center - BASSC) located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero) Argentina with more than 1300 employees provides solutions in the areas of Finance IT Downstream Human Resources Procurement Legal and Audit to the global organization and is launching its Internship Program.

The selected candidates will join the BASSC HR team.

Your initial responsibilities will include:

  • Registration and cancellation of AFIP and social security.
  • Administrative management of corporate benefits (prepaid medicine insurance pension plan among others).
  • Induction and orientation of new employees (onboarding) and offboarding activities.
  • Participation in ad-hoc projects in conjunction with the different areas of the company.

Requirements

  • Advanced students of Human Resources & Business Administration.
  • Handling of Office Package.
  • Fluent in written and oral English.

Hours per week: 20 hours.

Internship duration: 12 months with the possibility of extending for 6 more months.

Location: Puerto Madero CABA

Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
