Inside Sales - Customer Service Description:We are looking for a driven inside sales coordinator to actively seek out and engage with current and prospective customers. Responsibilities:- Point of contact for our customer base by answering the phone monitoring/answering our website chat and maintaining customer service email account. - Maintain quote spreadsheet new account ROI/Budget spreadsheet quote/conversion report and Update/Finalize Sales slides. - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/ potential customer to meet their needs.- Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships by managing small accounts monitoring new accounts and following up on jobs we have quoted. - Assist the Sales team by double checking sales order entering/ monitoring RFQs and Spot Buy Orders marking phone calls as qualified/not writing down the To Dos for the weekly EOS Sales Meeting Maintain Excess List after each monthly Buy Meeting etc. Requirements: - Outgoing personality (friendly well spoken)- Knowledge of industry and trends- Strong computer skills; familiarity with Windows operating systems. - Previous sales experience is preferred but not required- Willingness to learn think out of the box and be a team player- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Drive- High School Diploma; college degree preferred. *Having metals experience is a huge plus!!
