Role Summary:
Do you have a passion to assist and inspire pre-school and pre-kindergarten children 3-5 years of age We are currently seeking caring and committed individuals to join our experienced team at MYDCs Training Wheels Child Care Center.
We are currently looking to hire an Assistant Teacher/Education Assistant to support teachers with curriculum planning supervision teaching and caring for children.
Teaching Assistant Position Details:
- Part-timeMonday thru -Friday 1PM-6PM
- 20 to 30 hours per week available
Training Wheels Teacher Aid Responsibilities:- Provide daily supervision and safe care for children
- Ensure direct care needs of the childrenare met
- Follow outlined schedules and procedures
- Assist with lesson plans based on Training Wheels curriculum
- Supporting trainistionslunches and day-to-day maintenance and organization
Position Requirements:- Minimum HS Diploma or GED required
- Documentation of 2500 hours (2 years) working with children in a professional capacity.
- Obtain Valid Background Checks
- Pre-Employment Physical & TB Test
Compensation range is $18-$20/hour depending on experience and requirements alignment.
