The Crowne Plaza Midtown-Anchorage managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality (NSH) is looking for a courteous customer service driven happy energetic ambitious & inspired type Food and Beverage Manager to join our growing hospitality team! Summary of position: This position is responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food and Beverage Department to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality service and merchandising to maximize Position is to provide the highest quality foods appropriate to the market by ensuring that all areas of kitchen operation and supervision of staff meet Hotel standards of quality Full job description available upon request.
Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years experience and 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Prior hotel or hospitality experience required.
