Job Description
Job Title: Temporary Data Entry Assistant
Location: Fernley Nevada
Schedule: Flexible part-time (see options below)
Pay Rate:$20.00 $23.00 per hour
Duration: Approximately 3 months
Job Summary:
We are currently integrating a new ERP systemInfor/Syteline with a go-live date ofOctober 1st. To ensure a smooth transition we will be performingdouble data entry in both our legacyE2 system and the new platform for approximately three months. We are seeking aTemporary Data Entry Assistant to help manage the increased workload during this period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into both E2 and Infor/Syteline systems
- Verify and cross-check entries for consistency and accuracy
- Assist with identifying and resolving data discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity
- Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and learning new software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional demeanor in an office setting
Schedule Options:
- Option 1: 4 hours/day MondayFriday
- Option 2: Two 8-hour shifts one half-day per week
