The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing the The Learning Experience curriculum assessing student progress and creating a classroom environment that supports each childs social emotional and academic development. This role requires active participation in all school meetings trainings and professional development sessions.
- Full-time MondayFriday
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education required Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education Preferred
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and best teaching practices
- Excellent communication organization and classroom management skills
- Implement TLE curriculum with fidelity
- Prepare lesson plans and learning activities that meet program standards
- Assess student progress and maintain accurate records
- Foster positive relationships with students families and colleagues
- Maintain a safe clean and engaging classroom environment
- Ensure compliance with state and center policies
