KBRs National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security this position your work will have a profound impact on the countrys most critical role protecting our national security.
In this SETA role you use your expertise to perform Systems Administration for a COMSEC group. A Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) provides technical expertise to the Government. By working hand-in-hand with your Government customer youll have the opportunity to influence mission success to a greater degree than anywhere else. If you want a job where you do the same thing every day this job is not for you. Youll troubleshoot a problem one day and advise the customer on implementation the next.

Key Responsibilities:
Upgrades: Perform and document hardware software firmware testing & upgrades
Troubleshoot: Resolve technical issues & anomalies
Maintenance: Perform and document scheduled maintenance including patches & hotfixes
Assessment: vulnerability document and mitigate
Access: Help users with requests (permissions access etc.)
Systems: Make recommendations for future systems
Work Environment:
Location: On-site.
Travel Requirements: Minimal travel.
Working Hours: Standard 40 hours per week.
Qualifications: Required:
Clearance: Top Secret SCI with Polygraph.
Experience: 3 years experience as a System Administrator
Desired:
Experience: Military / DOD / IC space and ground experience
Education: AA or BS in STEM degree
Certifications: IAW NRO Directive 50-05 information Assurance Workforce Enhancement Program (IAWEp) category information Assurance Technical level ll (lAT ll) is desired (but not expected).
