Were currently inviting experienced Cardiac Sonographersto join our growing team in San Antonio this role youll work closely with physician partners provide compassionate patient care and deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging across a variety of clinic sites.

WHAT YOULL DO:

Perform sonographic procedures.
Inspect and review patient charts reports lab results and medical history.
Create patient reports to assist the physician with documentation.
Evaluate sonograms to identify or rule out cardiacanomalies.
Communicate sonographic findings to physician.
Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain quality machines and imagery.
Restock sonography rooms with required supplies for sonography performance.
Increase your knowledge of diseases and new procedures through CMEs.
Other duties assigned by managers

IS THIS YOU

Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited educational program in Cardiovascular sonography or equivalent
Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)(RCS)(RCCS)
Registered Adult Echocardiography (AE)
1 years of experience
Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound
Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to the use of EMR systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Calm under pressure and compassionate with patients
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future

DO YOU SCORE ANY BONUS POINTS

Bachelors degree in Sonography or other related fields of study
Registered Vascular Technologist Certification (RVT)(RVS)
Other sonography certification (RDMS) (ARRT-S)

RISK OF EXPOSURE TO BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS:Category 1 - Tasks involve exposure to blood body fluids or tissues.

This is an hourly non-exempt opportunity.
