Job Description: Product Designer (In-Office Hyderabad)
Role Overview
Softobiz is looking for a Lead Product Designer to own product experience design strategy and adoption-led design for EasyWebinar.
This is not a traditional UI/UX role. We are looking for a design leader who:
- Thinks like a Product Owner
- Understands users market context and business outcomes
- Uses design as a lever to drive activation adoption retention and brand differentiation
- Can build mentor and lead a Product Design function
- You will work closely with Product Engineering Marketing and Business stakeholders while leading the design vision for a global SaaS product.

EasyWebinar is a Las Vegasbased webinar and online events platform built for enterprises coaches and creators. Since 2018 EasyWebinar has helped businesses turn webinars into predictable growth engines through live and automated experiences.
As EasyWebinar scales globally product experience and adoption are critical focus areas. This role will be deeply embedded with EasyWebinars leadership and product teams and will play a key role in shaping the platforms next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Design Ownership & Strategy
- Own the end-to-end product experience for EasyWebinar
- Define and evolve the product design vision aligned with business and growth goals
- Translate product strategy into intuitive scalable and outcome-driven experiences
- Ensure design decisions directly support product adoption and usability
2. Product Thinking & Market Understanding
- Build a deep understanding of:
- User personas (creators coaches enterprises)
- Jobs-to-be-done and key workflows
- Competitive landscape and market expectations
- Act as a strong design voice in product discussions influencing:
- Feature prioritization
- Experience-led roadmap decisions
- Simplification of complex user journeys
3. Hands-on Design Leadership
- Stay actively involved in:
- User flows wireframes and interaction models
- High-fidelity UI design and prototyping
- Reviewing and refining critical product journeys
- Personally drive design for high-impact areas such as onboarding core workflows and conversion journeys
4. Design Systems & Brand Experience
- Build and scale a robust design system to ensure consistency and speed
- Ensure the in-product experience reflects a strong and cohesive brand identity
- Balance experimentation with long-term system scalability
5. Team Leadership & Design Culture
- Lead mentor and grow a team of product designers
- Define design standards best practices and review processes
- Foster a culture of ownership product thinking and user empathy
- Represent design in cross-functional and leadership forums
6. Research Data & Continuous Optimization
- Champion research-driven design through usability testing and user feedback
- Partner with product and analytics teams to identify friction points
- Use insights and data to continuously improve product experience and adoption
Required Experience & Skills
Core Requirements
- 8 years of experience in Product Design for SaaS or digital products
- Proven experience owning product experience end-to-end
- Experience leading or mentoring designers in a product environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking UX depth and business impact
- Deep expertise in UX architecture interaction design and usability principles
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows
