We are looking for high-potential flexible innovative and forward-thinking professionals to join our India Operations team.

In our effort to support this rapid growth around the world we are looking for a passionate business analyst to turn data into actionable insights and support answer strategic business questions.
In this role you will be responsible for data mining and data reporting activities pertaining to ops processes and speed. You should be passionate about working with complex datasets and be someone who loves to turn data into insights to answer strategic business questions. You should have deep expertise in analytic view of business questions building up & refining metrics framework to measure business operation and translating data into meaningful insights.
With customer obsession and a high sense of ownership you will utilize your skills to identify patterns and any disruptions in it. You should be able to dive deep scrutinize details and foresee data implications. The candidate relishes working with large volumes of data enjoys the challenge of highly complex technical contexts and above all else is passionate about data and analytics. He/she is an expert with data modeling ETL design and business intelligence tools has hand-on knowledge on columnar databases such as Redshift and other related AWS technologies. He/she passionately partners with the customers to identify strategic opportunities in the field of data engineering. He/she is a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity able to think big (while paying careful attention to detail) and enjoys working in a fast-paced team that continuously learns and evolves on a day to day basis.

Driving critical metrics to monitor and optimize the business
Generating actionable Insights through Analysis of Key metrics across functions
Identify the root cause through deep analysis of data to reach a point where actionable solutions can be designed.
Track measure and report various initiatives to improve defects leading to reimbursements and improve selling partner experience

Devise mechanisms for control performance monitoring and reporting to internal stakeholders.
Assist in investigating and drafting cost / benefit analysis and business requirements showcasing potential solutions for business initiatives
Working cross-functionally with business teams to ensure development and implementation of programs as per timelines.
Designing and implementing reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
Developing basic scripts to process data to support business analysis benchmarking and optimization efforts

About the team
About the team
EFES Analytics is responsible for providing analytics support to External Fulfillment / Easy Ship channel operations teams. The scope of this team includes managing weekly/monthly review decks formulating new metrics provide visibility to operations on the daily performance through automated reports and dashboards building optimization tools building features in existing solutions and achieving parity with other geographies in terms of supply chain tools and features. This is done through our strong team of BIEs/BAs/Product managers and by liaising with local and global technology teams to get things done through influence and/or with their support. Our roadmap includes long term projects that have quarterly deadlines and sprint projects that are executed in biweekly sprints.

- 1 years of data analytics or automation experience
- 1 years of capacity planning operations planning business analysis or similar experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- Experience with data mining tools like SQL SAS SPSS or similar

- 2 years of business analysis (dealing with large complex data) experience
