Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our newly opened Assoluto Ristorante & Deli. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a flair for Italian cuisine and hospitality. You will oversee daily operations inspire your team and bring innovative F&B concepts to life. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage youll play a key role in shaping the guest experience and driving the success of our signature dining venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational and administrative aspects of Assoluto Ristorante & Deli
- Lead train and motivate a team of employees and trainees
- Implement creative F&B concepts aligned with brand standards and revenue goals
- Monitor key performance indicators and manage costs effectively
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of team members
- Foster a positive inclusive and high-performing team culture
- Support marketing efforts with social media content and promotional ideas
- Mentor and develop team members and trainees
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar leadership role
- Background in upscale Italian or Mediterranean restaurants preferred
- Strong understanding of Italian culinary and hospitality traditions
- Preferably Fluent in German Italian and English
- EU work authorization required
- Modern leadership style with a hands-on can-do attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Passion for quality innovation and guest satisfaction
