About the workplace
As a Senior Financial Services Representative you will leverage your communication skills as you effectively manage complex situations problem solve and provide personalized advice. Members complex inquiries will be satisfied in a timely manner and within established service standards. Financial Services Representatives will grow through your transfer of knowledge and expertise to assure members needs are met thus helping Vancity redefine wealth consistent with branch objectives. You will also bring a strong knowledge of Vancitys policies procedures systems and software.
This is a Full-time Temporary role located at Maillardville Community Branch (Branch 51)and reports directly to the Assistant Branch Manager.

Pay Rate: As this is a union role the salary will be as per the collective agreement salary grid starting at $32.83 (Grp 4 Step 1)
