Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Sales Back Office team.
What Youll Do:
Assist in managing customer orders:
Create new customer profiles
Process sales orders ensuring correct VAT codes
Release Good Deliveries in the SAP system
Open tickets for invoicing and handle cancellations credit/debit notes and proforma invoices
Support invoicing activities and coordinate with the Finance department
Collaborate with internal teams such as Logistics Project Management and Production

Youre the Right Fit If You Have:
A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role
A degree in Economics Foreign Languages or related fields
Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel
Language skills: Italian and English (French is a plus)
