Job Summary
Kroll is expanding its presence in Italy with the launch of the Transaction Advisory Services practice to assist private equity and corporate clients. Our Transaction Advisory Services practice provides analytical advisory through the deal continuum with a strong focus on due diligence.
Our Interns will join a lean entrepreneurial team and benefit from daily exposure to senior management offering an accelerated learning path and strong potential for career progression.
Navigating Responsibilities:
As part of the TAS team you will be involved in the execution of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients assuming responsibility for the execution of those tasks or areas assigned to you. Assisting in identifying issues (quality of earnings working capital considerations debt and debt-like items) for purchase price revision.
Contributing to cover areas of the report-writing process.
Work closely with the broader Kroll team to ensure the application of sound project management principles and quality assurance at all stages and phases of projects.
The Ideal Candidate:
Current Degree Pursuit: Bachelor or Masters degree in finance economics
Task Prioritization: Highly motivated with the ability to work a demanding schedule in an entrepreneurial and highly professional environment.Prioritize tasks in a collaborative team environment.
Communication Skills: Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Team player honest open-minded meticulous responsible flexible and client focused.
Proficient in MS Office including Excel PowerPoint and Word.
Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English. Other languages will be highly valued.
