Job Description
Join our Planned and Cyclical M&E Works team as a Multi-Skilled Plasterer with the kitchen installation team delivering quality plastering and multi-trade services to maintain and enhance our properties for safe comfortable homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of plastering tasks including repairs installations and maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with other trades to complete multi-skilled jobs efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
About You:
Youll be a qualified and experienced plasterer with a broad skill set across multiple trades.
Youll bring a proactive approach attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
A full driving licence and the ability to work independently are essential.
Qualifications required:
- NVQ Level 3 in Plastering or Relevant City & Guilds certificate
- Asbestos Awareness Level 1 (desirable)
- Multi-skilling accreditation or willingness to work towards it is required
