SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

Pure Storage is seeking a CX Program Manager to manage key operational activities that help us manage the CX Business. You will use your experience to give input in creating methodologies and best practices and act as a change agent to build a culture of continuous improvement.

In this role you will

  • Manage the CX Rewards program to ensure timely reward payouts and governance adherence
  • Manage content creation and execution of the Customer Experience All Hands quarterly meetings
  • Follow up with customers on NPS feedback
  • Manage Customer Experience communications strategy and governance
  • Manage the customer onboarding program
  • Assist withthe evolution of process maps and the overall Business Excellence Program
  • Manage our CX Intranet landing page and content
  • Participate in the employee Pulse feedback assisting with the trend analysis and development of improvement plans

WHAT YOULL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 2 years of experience required
  • Background in Project Management in particular with aligning multiple groups around a single objective
  • Strong organizational project management analysis and communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Collaborative self-starter
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and deadlines without loss of efficiency
  • Maintaining project/program reporting materials via an online document repository such as Google Docs
  • Experience in a Customer Satisfaction focused environment

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Lehi or Raleigh office in compliance with Pures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:

$79000 - $119000 USD
