Job Description

Job Title: Automotive Finance Manager (F&I) Szott M59 Toyota

Location: Waterford MI. Salary Range: $90000 - $150000 (Base Commission) Employment Type: Full-Time

Were seeking a dynamic Automotive Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Insurance (F&I) department driving sales of insurance products and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Job Summary: As an Automotive Finance Manager you will oversee all aspects of the F&I process specializing in selling insurance products such as service contracts GAP insurance tire and wheel protection and other ancillary products. Youll work closely with customers to tailor financing and insurance solutions ensuring a seamless and transparent purchasing experience while maximizing dealership profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell finance and insurance products including service contracts GAP insurance tire and wheel coverage and other protective offerings to meet customer needs and dealership goals.
  • Secure financing for customers through established lender relationships ensuring competitive rates and terms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service explaining financing options and insurance products clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal state and local regulations related to automotive financing and insurance sales.
  • Collaborate with sales team to structure deals that align with customer budgets and dealership objectives.
  • Track and report on F&I performance metrics striving to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on Toyota brand programs financing incentives and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager preferably in a Toyota dealership.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive insurance products including service contracts GAP insurance and tire and wheel protection.
  • Excellent sales negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Established relationships with lenders and a track record of securing competitive financing.
  • Familiarity with F&I and CRM software and dealership management systems ( CDK SmartPath Route One).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Valid drivers license and clean background check.
  • Toyota brand dealership experience preferred but not required.
