Role Objective:

Are you a creative and motivated Digital Marketer looking to kick-start your career in live entertainment This is a rare chance to join the NZ Venues Team at Live Nation and gain hands-on experience across some of New Zealands most iconic spaces including Spark Arena The Tuning Fork San Fran and Waikato Regional Theatre.

In this part-time role youll support the delivery of engaging on-brand marketing campaigns that connect fans with unforgettable live experiences. From managing websites and social media channels to creating e-newsletters and tracking campaign results youll play a key role in ensuring our venues shine online and in the inbox.

Youll have the opportunity to collaborate with event teams artists and agencies while learning valuable skills in digital platforms analytics and audience engagement. If you think you have what it takes apply now with a cover letter telling us why youre the perfect candidate for this role.

What youll be doing:

  • Website content: Build and update event and venue web pages ensuring accuracy and great user experience.
  • Social media management: Create engaging posts announce events and grow each venues social presence.
  • Community engagement: Monitor and respond to messages comments and customer enquiries across platforms.
  • Email marketing: Draft and distribute e-newsletters pre- and post-event communications and push notifications.
  • Campaign delivery: Support marketing campaigns for venue-promoted shows coordinating budgets assets and timelines.
  • Analytics & reporting: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and social insights to inform future strategies.
  • Creative content: Update internal venue screens and posters to ensure fresh relevant and on-brand materials.
  • Membership growth: Assist with initiatives to build Arena Memberships and Premium Lounge subscribers.

What were looking for:

  • Events/venues insight: Experience in events or venues is ideal but not essential.
  • Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy visual consistency and on-brand content.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written verbal and interpersonal skills to engage fans and stakeholders.
  • Organisation & multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration & independence: Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Creative drive: A genuine passion for social media and creating engaging digital content.
  • Tech-savvy mindset: Familiarity with digital platforms email tools and basic analytics.
