How Youll Add Value
The Plant Manager will directly manage a team and own and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for department including safety quality delivery and productivity Leverage data analytics to identify prioritize and drive root cause corrective actions. Manage all aspects of Production process to ensure aggressive growth expectations are achieved along with the management of Freezer service to ensure customer satisfaction on all fronts.
The right candidate will work closely with Director Manufacturing Operations to build a world class manufacturing operation.
What Youll Do
The right candidate will possess a deep knowledge of manufacturing process and direction with the following:
Experience in hands on Manufacturing process direction and process controls.
Experience leading a manufacturing direct labor workforce to predetermined end goals.
Understanding of the importance of time management and daily goal setting to achieve desired results.
Ability to communicate effectively in both shop floor settings and at executive reviews
High energy with the desire to grow business to industry leadership
Manage the service department to coordinate delivery of warranty parts and travel planning /requirements of Service Techs.
We are looking for a skilled manufacturing person with tenacity and strong problem-solving skills to ensure the shop floor is always able to overcome the obstacles that will arise to achieve desired goals.
What you will Bring
Associates degree in Business with at least ten years of manufacturing experience.
Experience with Safety Protocols (people and product) regarding cryogenic freezers
Technical aptitude including complex machinery and cryogenics
Strong verbal and written communications skills required
Result driven with the ability to set goals and work independently to accomplish them with minimal supervision
Ability to multitask handling multiple priorities simultaneously
Working Conditions/ Schedule
Must be available and willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed based on business needs.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds climb ladders scaffoldings and use Personal Protective Equipment.
Must be able to work in awkward positions and in confined spaces.

The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure.
