Music Graduate / Learning Support Assistant Kensington & Chelsea September 2025 Start

Music Graduate / Learning Support Assistant Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs

  • Use your Music or Music Tech background to engage and motivate learners

  • Support students with both academic and creative tasks encouraging focus and resilience

  • Collaborate with Performing Arts staff to help facilitate rehearsals workshops or productions

  • Assist classroom teachers and the SENCO in delivering tailored support plans

  • Help manage behaviour and promote a positive inclusive learning environment

Music Graduate / Learning Support Assistant Person Specification

  • Music-related degree essential (e.g. Music Music Technology Sound Production Performing Arts with Music focus)

  • Experience working with children or young people is desirable ideally in schools tutoring community music or youth arts projects

  • A proactive creative and patient Music Graduate who is passionate about supporting young peoples development
