Music Graduate / Learning Support Assistant Role and Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs
Use your Music or Music Tech background to engage and motivate learners
Support students with both academic and creative tasks encouraging focus and resilience
Collaborate with Performing Arts staff to help facilitate rehearsals workshops or productions
Assist classroom teachers and the SENCO in delivering tailored support plans
Help manage behaviour and promote a positive inclusive learning environment
Music Graduate / Learning Support Assistant Person Specification
Music-related degree essential (e.g. Music Music Technology Sound Production Performing Arts with Music focus)
Experience working with children or young people is desirable ideally in schools tutoring community music or youth arts projects
A proactive creative and patient Music Graduate who is passionate about supporting young peoples development
