Job Overview:

The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking experienced customerservice professionals. As a Customer Service Assistant 2 your responsibilitieswill include but are not limited to:

  • Handling calls and tickets processing inquiries from providers and giving answers and information
  • Directing callers to appropriate helpdesk
  • Transferring calls/tickets and escalating calls/tickets to Call Center Lead or ODM support areas as needed
  • Supporting providers with log in authentication
  • Using a computer to manage data verify information log calls and create reports and correspondence
