The Hotel Concierge Desk Specialist is responsible for handling complex hotel-related processes ensuring cost-effectiveness and maintaining high-quality travel accommodations for a key corporate client.

What Youll Do

1. Financial Management

  • Process and reconcile hotel payment statements
  • Arrange hotel pre-payment requests from multiple markets
  • Conduct detailed financial audits of hotel transactions
  • Verify and validate corporate rate accuracy

2. Rate Optimization

  • Monitor Tripbam notifications for lower rate opportunities
  • Review daily reports to identify cost-saving alternatives
  • Perform proactive rate comparisons

3. Hotel Allotment Tool Administration

  • Develop and handle hotel property profiles
  • Delete outdated or irrelevant property entries
  • Run inventory allocations
  • Adjust and amend hotel rates
  • Provide first-level support for Allotment Tool queries

4. Technical Support

  • Customize PRDS (Property Rate Distribution System) files
  • Troubleshoot corporate rate discrepancies
  • Conduct comprehensive rate audits both in off-line and on-line tools

What Were Looking For

  • Knowledge of GDS: Amadeus and/or Sabre and/or Galileo
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Professional communication in English and Polish
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in travel management
  • Knowledge of global hotel booking systems
  • Understanding of corporate travel policies
  • Eager to gain and share knowledge
  • Great teammate with a willingness to learn
  • Excellent attention to detail

This is a remote role (based in Poland) and the working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CET (Excluding Public Holidays).
