Shift Pattern: Varies AM PM (to include weekends and holidays)
Pay Scale: $28.00 - $30.00
The ideal candidate will:
Have knowledge of general safe operating procedures.
Be skilled in using electrical testing instruments.
Have ability to life grasp and/or carry supplies or equipment weighing up to 75lbs and climb stairs and ladders working at heights up to approximately 25 feet.
Be able to perform tasks requiring bending stooping and kneeling.
Have hearing ability to respond to beeper communication.
Have visual ability to identify and locate existing problems.

What will I be doing
The Engineering Supervisor supervises and performs the duties of the Property Operations/Engineering staff to maintain the physical functionality of facility including guest rooms public space and heart-of-the-house areas. And to maximize profitability. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Assists Director/Manager in training supervising scheduling and evaluating department staff.
Ensure staff compliance with all safety/loss prevention standards and regulations.
Assisting in day-to-day operations and driving workflow.
Reviewing quality of work of team members and contractors.
Taking lead on water treatment and PM schedule.
Assisting in scheduling and managing Fire Life Safety inspections.
Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and to maximize room occupancy.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner.
Field guest complaints conduct research and resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
Receive input retrieve and relay messages to guests.
