Job Description

Reporting to the Media Hub Director the Account Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that connect meaningfully with target audiences. This role is focused on the coordination and management of various tasks related to campaign execution performance tracking and client communication. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and align with client objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the media hub team in the execution of integrated marketing strategies for clients ensuring smooth coordination of all campaign elements.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project timelines ensuring deliverables are met in accordance with client schedules and expectations.
  • Collaborate with media buyers and analysts to track campaign performance compiling data to generate insightful reports for internal and client review.
  • Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and clients providing updates on project status and facilitating feedback.
  • Help organize meetings create agendas and ensure actionable items are documented and followed up on for effective project management.
  • Conduct research and gather insights to inform marketing strategies optimizing campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records of campaign performance metrics and documentation to support efficient workflows and reporting processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and proposals ensuring materials are polished and aligned with client branding and objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights that could influence client campaigns and strategies.
  • Support the development of creative briefs and other project documentation to guide internal teams in the execution of client campaigns.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for innovative marketing solutions that align with client goals.
  • Manage internal and external calendars for scheduling meetings and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of key dates and deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing for and participating in client meetings including taking detailed notes and ensuring follow-up communication is timely and clear.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing advertising or agency environment (internships and entry-level experience are welcomed).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating with teammates and clients.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools including social media search engine marketing and basic reporting platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and basic project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello).
  • Enthusiastic eager to learn and able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Understanding of media performance measurement concepts and an analytical mindset is a plus.
