Your new role

The Workforce Support Officer (Rostering) is responsible for ensuring effective workforce coverage across Supported Independent Living (SIL) services through the coordination of rosters shift coverage and workforce availability. The role ensures services are appropriately staffed to meet participant needs supports daily rostering requirements and maintains accurate reporting and tracking processes.

The ideal candidate

  • Demonstrated experience in rostering workforce scheduling or workforce administration.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships across teams.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and rostering systems (or ability to learn quickly).
