Key Responsibilities
- Understand or stimulate client needs and tailor solution demos accordingly.
- Collaborate with Sales on product demos and proof of concept activities such as: Coface Scores distribution matrix; clients or supplier portfolio analysis by score evolution over time score distribution per risk class
- Collaborate with Marketing for proof of concepts and constant / proactive build supporting materials for Sales teams by sector & geography and supporting in thematic webinars
- Collaborate with Group Solution Engineers / Pre-sales Group Datalab and CEE iCon Data team for gathering best data available and transforming to useful insights for prospects and clients
- Present solutions across different business areas in large client organizations
- Support RFx responses and proposal documentation; Respond to technical and functional questions from prospects
- Provide initial pricing estimates and assist with solution design
- Share knowledge across countries and commercial or data teams
- Stay updated on products competitors and industry trends
- Maintain an accurate database with companies going into payments default for identifying best proof of concept with Coface Score evolution
- Work with internal teams to improve offerings and share insights
Qualifications :
- 34 years of experience ideally with exposure to consulting or business analysis
- Higher education (any relevant field)
- Ability to quickly learn and master complex products and solutions
- Strong analytical skills data and business understanding
- Excellent communication skills able to explain technical concepts clearly considering language and cultural differences
- Comfortable in multicultural environments and adaptable to different client contexts
- Willing to travel for client meetings and events (in-person or online)
- Team player proactive and results-oriented
- Good English skills
- Strong presentation abilities while keeping a focus on details
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
