Als projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de projecten binnen het gebied van hoog- en middenspanning en /of automatisering en beveiliging van netten. Je coördineert de werkzaamheden voor het team van Project Engineers en onderaannemers. Na een grondige opleiding en inwerkperiode krijg je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het coördineren van alle operationele activiteiten met betrekking tot de realisatie van het project.
- De opvolging van de budgetten (kostprijsbewaking rentabiliteitsopvolging en garanties).
- De planning en follow-up van de werkzaamheden teneinde de gewenste deadline te verzekeren.
- Het bewaken van de veiligheid tijdens de uitvoering van de projecten.
- De selectie van en contractonderhandelingen met externe leveranciers en onderaannemers en de bijbehorende coördinatie en opvolging.
- De projectdocumentatie: het ter beschikking stellen van alle documentatie en technische specificaties aan de betrokken partijen en de correcte naleving hiervan opvolgen.
- Het onderhouden van de technisch-commerciële relaties met de klanten teneinde de klantentevredenheid te verzekeren.
- Het aansturen en motiveren van een project team samengesteld uit project engineers en onderaannemer.
Profiel
- Hogere technische opleiding (bij de richting elektro-/energietechniek).
- Ervaring met projectmanagement in de energiesector.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
- je bent een echt organisatietalent hebt een analytische ingesteldheid en beschikt over goede communicatieve eigenschappen commercieel inzicht en onderhandelingscapaciteiten.
- Geen bezwaar tegen incidenteel reizen naar het buitenland.
