Job Summary
Job Title: Travel LPN Dialysis
Location: Cooperstown NY
Contract Duration: 3 months (extendable)
Shift: Days 4x10s (07:00 19:00) with rotating weekends
Pay Rate: $51.15/hour (Travel)
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with dialysis experience to join an outpatient dialysis clinic. The LPN will provide care for chronic adult dialysis patients while working alongside a collaborative healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective care to patients receiving outpatient dialysis.
Monitor record and report patient conditions during treatments.
Support chronic adult dialysis patients through ongoing treatment plans.
Collaborate with RNs physicians and other clinical staff to ensure quality care.
Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with clinical standards.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of LPN experience (dialysis preferred).
Active LPN license (NY or compact state).
Current BLS (AHA) certification.
Strong communication assessment and patient-care skills.
