The Technology and Operations team within the Multifamily division is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Innovation Specialist to join our dynamic innovation team with a primary focus on Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving the adoption and integration of GenAI technologies across the multifamily organization managing pilot projects and shaping our strategic roadmap.

Your Impact:

• GenAI Pilot Management:Lead and oversee GenAI pilot projects from conception to execution ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.

• Use Case Identification:Collaborate with business units to identify evaluate and prioritize high-impact GenAI use cases that drive value and innovation.

• Prompt Engineering Support:Provide expert guidance and support in prompt engineering enabling teams to maximize the effectiveness of GenAI models.

• GenAI Roadmap Definition:Develop and maintain a comprehensive GenAI roadmap outlining strategic priorities milestones and resource requirements.

• Employee Engagement & Adoption:Design and implement initiatives to drive employee engagement education and adoption of GenAI tools and practices.

• Prompt Library Ownership:Define the concept structure and governance of a prompt library; own its ongoing development curation and optimization.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with IT data science and business stakeholders to ensure successful GenAI integration and scalability.

• Thought Leadership:Stay abreast of GenAI trends and advancements sharing insights and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications:

• College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.

• 5 years of experience in innovation AI or technology-driven roles preferred.

• Proven track record managing projects and pilots preferred.

• Strong understanding of GenAI technologies prompt engineering and their business applications preferred.

• Excellent communication stakeholder management and project leadership skills.

• Experience driving technology adoption and employee engagement initiatives.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Prompt Engineering Excellence:Provide valuable support in prompt engineering and maintain a well-organized effective prompt library to maximize GenAI model performance.

• Communication:Clearly articulate complex concepts project updates and GenAI opportunities to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Adaptability:Thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment by embracing change overcoming challenges and continuously seeking improvement.
