We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager with a proven track record in both sales and sales leadership to join our dynamic this role you will oversee the members of the inside sales team ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets while strategically contributing to business growth. This role requires a strong sales background exceptional leadership skills and the ability to balance tactical execution with strategic planning to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage mentor and inspire the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Performance Management: Define track and analyze key sales performance metrics ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Training & Development: Provide ongoing training coaching and support to enhance team skills and capabilities.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the management of lead generation qualification and conversion pipelines to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing product and operations teams to align sales efforts with broader business strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine sales processes tools and technology to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and client needs to guide sales strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Typically between 4-6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree.
  • Innovative and passionate about asset management and financial markets.
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role ideally within the asset management or financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive both tactical execution and strategic planning in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong track record of motivating teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability of succeeding in a sales role
  • Proficient in CRM systems and data analysis to track and manage sales performance.
  • Knowledge of asset management products and financial markets is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Salary:

$69000.00 - $129000.00

Pay Type:

Salaried

The above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
