About Ingram Micro & the Cisco MD Team - Sr Field Sales Manager

Were looking for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment inspires teams and drives results through talent development and strategic execution.

The Sr Field Sales Manager plays a vital role in the success of the organization. The goal of this role is to lead manage and coach a revenue accountable team that continuously exceeds its sales objectives. With an emphasis on associate development the execution of your strategic plan and ensuring a great partner experience. The team currently consists of 6 associates.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve Cisco revenue targets Remove obstacles that hinder team success and create a culture of accountability Provide coaching tools and resources to empower associates Monitor progress share results and celebrate wins Collaborate cross-functionally to align with Ciscos business cycles and goals Ensure coverage and responsiveness during Cisco month-end quarter-end and year-endincluding extended hours and occasional Saturdays Solutions-oriented leadership: Capable of leading with a focus on providing effective solutions rather than just managing sales teams. Strategic project management: Involvement in strategic projects and change initiatives to contribute to the overall success of the sales function. Customer-facing skills: Ability to meet with partners face-to-face and actively participate in customer and vendor facing sales events

Work Environment

Hybrid Schedule or Field : 3 days in-office per week if near an office Extended Hours: Required during Ciscos fiscal cycles (month-end quarter-end year-end) including late nights and occasional Saturdays

Education/Experience: A four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum of a 4 year degree and 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience. Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience preferably managing through subordinate managers.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96800.00 - $164600.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
