Job Summary
Senior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Pediatric Clinic
Full-Time 1.0 FTE 8-hour day shifts
$7500 Sign-on BonusAvailable *Based on meeting eligibility criteria

How you will contribute
A Sr. Clinic LPN/LVN who excels in this role will:
Collects and documents patient intake data. Maintains accurate and complete patient records.
Provides patient support that reflects considerations for emotional physical social cultural religious and economic influences.
Assists with routine clinic support activities.
Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
Maintains an appropriate safe and therapeutic environment per clinic policy.
Coordinates nursing staff to facilitate accessibility and continuity of care.
Coordinates requests of physicians and office staff in regard to patient activities and needs.

What were looking for
Applicants should have a state of Michigan LPN license and have graduated from an LPN or LVN Program.
Additional requirements include:
Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS-HCP)
Six (6) years clinical experience
