The team
The purpose of the CIO Office is to provide an effective way for CIOs to enhance their management capabilities and address key issues on their agendas and support the CIO organisation. The CIO Office ensures a consistent transparent and efficient approach to the way the CIO domain delivers value to the business. This leads to improved strategic execution and operational performance.
This role reports hierarchically to the Lead CIO Office F&R and provides the service of contract management to leads in the area of F&R. We are looking for someone who can strengthen the team in the area of process improvement contract management time writing and EBA (European Banking Authority) related this role you interact and align with various stakeholders such as procurement finance IT management and Risk and you support the administrative processes around contracts time writing and EBA compliancy.
Roles and responsibilities
This role reports
Monitor and enforce processes related to contract management ensuring users adhere to processes that have been defined
Document identify and implement improvements to processes within the scope of the CIO office team
Data processing/capturing consolidations knowledge of various IT systems
Liaise with various stakeholders such as Chapter and IT Leads
Act as a backup within the broader team to support fellow colleagues
Support the strategic management and monitoring of existing and future contracts

Experienced in working with stakeholders. You can communicate professionally with stakeholders both in writing and speaking
Experience in procurement with banking or IT sector a bonus
Fluent in English
Proficient MS Office skills
Basic process understanding & improvement such as Lean or Six Sigma beneficial
Ability to work accurately and precisely
Affinity with IT management contract management financial processes and risk & compliance
Team player and you take responsibility in your role as a vital link between IT management procurement and finance
Background in procurement / contract management advantageous
University degree required
