Job Title: Campus Security Officer
Location: New Windsor NY
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Campus Security Officer to join our team. The officer will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for students staff and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who can remain alert approachable and dependable while ensuring safety across campus.
Responsibilities:
Patrol and monitor school grounds entrances and facilities.
Enforce campus policies and safety procedures.
Respond promptly to incidents emergencies and safety concerns.
Assist students staff and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate security records.
Collaborate with school administration and staff to support a secure learning environment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
12 years of prior security experience (required).
At least 1 year of experience working on a school or campus environment (preferred).
Valid NYS Security Guard License (required).
Strong communication and observation skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Must be able to reliably commute to New Windsor NY.
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time and/or part-time opportunities may be available.
$25.05/hourly rate with a weekly pay schedule
