What you will do: .
You will report to the Americas Products Commercial Finance Director and be responsible for supporting the Commercial Sales organization for the BMS and HVAC/R lines of business.
How you will do it:
Develop templates and reporting to assist in the development in the Annual Plan Forecasts and in-month pulse checks for Secured Orders & Revenue and prepare presentations upward to Americas Products Leadership
Create detailed revenue reporting from ERPs on Product Families and Channel Partner performance
Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reporting tools.
Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with variance analysis and commentary.
Assist with Cost Center budgeting for Selling costs/investments
Monitor and control Selling Cost for the product domains
Perform various business case evaluations
Perform special projects as deemed necessary
What we look for:
Required
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
3 years of experience in financial analysis preferably supporting Sales or Commercial functions.
Strong proficiency in Excel financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and CRM platforms (Salesforce) is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

This will be a hybrid position at our Glendale WI office. We will consider remote internal candidates.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $81800 - $102000 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity location and alignment with market data.)
