We are working with a leading financial institution in Singapore on an internal initiative shaping the future of the local capital markets regulatory framework. This is a unique opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to contribute directly to market reform and policy development in regulation and capital markets.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on regulatory and legal matters relating to capital markets and corporate transactions.
Support reforms and initiatives impacting capital markets.
Draft review and refine policies rules and consultation papers.
Engage with stakeholders across financial institutions law firms and regulatory bodies.
Provide clear commercially informed legal guidance on complex issues within tight timeframes.
Ideal Profile
46 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
Focus on capital markets law.
Prior exposure to IPOs and equity capital markets transactions is essential.
Strong drafting analytical and communication skills.
Able to navigate regulatory and market issues with sound judgment.
Singapore-qualified lawyers preferred; regional experience will be an advantage.

Indicative Compensation
Salary $9k-$13kpm depending on experience Bonus 2.5-3.2 months depending on performance
