Job Summary

Vehicle Operation:

Drive company vehicles safely in accordance with traffic rules and regulations.

Transport goods materials or staff to designated locations on time.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Conduct daily vehicle inspections (oil brakes tires lights etc.).

Report any vehicle defects or accidents promptly.

Ensure vehicle cleanliness and proper upkeep.

Delivery and Documentation:

Ensure goods are delivered in proper condition and complete documentation (delivery notes receipts etc.).

Record mileage fuel usage and other trip-related logs as required.

Compliance and Safety:

Follow company safety guidelines and driving policies.

Handle goods carefully and secure cargo during transport.

Assist in emergency situations (minor vehicle breakdowns first aid if trained).

Customer Interaction:

Communicate professionally with clients or staff during deliveries.

Report any service issues or delays to the supervisor promptly.
