Must-have Skills
- 4 years of progressive experience in project management managing complex and high-impact technical projects.
- Expert-level knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall Hybrid) and the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to navigate ambiguity.
- Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g. Jira Asana Microsoft Project Confluence).
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
