Job Summary
People Recruit is seeking an experienced Fresh Food Manager on behalf of our client in Manorhamilton Co. Leitrim.
Reporting to the Store Manager/Owner you will ensure the store runs efficiently while delivering an exceptional fresh-food offering and outstanding customer service.
Your leadership will drive sales profitability and the achievement of key store targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the fresh food team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the highest food quality freshness and availability.
- Analyse and action sales and margin reports to achieve KPIs and profitability.

Manage stock levels ordering and waste control.
- Train delegate and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year in a management role (Assistant Manager or Store Manager).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).

Experience with CBE systems (desirable).

Ability to read interpret and act on reports.

Proven team leadership communication and delegation skills.

Commercial mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.

Passion for grocery retail and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Work Location: On-site Manorhamilton Co. Leitrim.

Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting.
