Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile squads within the Dublin technology group. You will facilitate delivery across cross-functional teams promote Agile best practices and help drive strategic projects that support the firms global platforms and systems including within trading & risk.
Key Responsibilities
Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams ensuring Agile principles and practices are consistently followed.
Facilitate sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives backlog refinement and sprint reviews.
Identify and remove delivery blockers; escalate risks proactively where required.
Support product owners with backlog prioritisation and roadmap development.
Promote transparency through delivery metrics reporting and continuous feedback loops.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity across the teams.
Collaborate with engineering product and business stakeholders to align objectives and maximise delivery value.
Requirements
1-3 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in technology-driven environments.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum Kanban and Lean.
Professional Agile certification (CSM PSM PMI-ACP or similar) preferred.
Strong stakeholder-management and facilitation skills.
Experience within financial services investment management or other regulated industries beneficial but not essential.
