Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3 Early Years) 12.3013.30 per hour 40 Hours per week

A well-established and nurturing nursery is looking for a caring and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3 Early Years) to join their vibrant team. What Were Looking For

• Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator (or equivalent)
• Experience: Previous experience in an early years nursery or childcare setting
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
• Skills: Great communication organisation and teamwork abilities
• Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for helping children learn play and thrive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fun creative and stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Provide high-quality care and a nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported
• Build strong relationships with children families and colleagues
• Track and record childrens learning and development through observations and assessments
• Encourage outdoor learning and exploration in the nurserys extensive outdoor areas
• Follow safeguarding health and safety policies at all times
