Job Description
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (Hybrid)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00
Salary:excellent 2000 BGN target bonus
Requirements:
-
Fluent French & English (written/spoken)
-
2 years in sales (tech/digital ads a plus)
-
Experience in business development & lead generation
-
CRM knowledge (Salesforce or similar)
-
Strong organizational skills KPI-driven
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced IT sales environment
Responsibilities:

Manage inbound & outbound B2B sales activities
-
Engage clients via phone email video & social media
-
Build and maintain a strong pipeline
-
Qualify leads & transfer to onboarding team
-
Document all interactions in CRM
-
Track metrics meet targets follow SLAs
