Responsibilities:
Support French customers via phone email & chat
Provide accurate product/service information
Resolve inquiries with empathy & professionalism
Update records & follow escalation procedures
Achieve quality satisfaction & productivity targets
Requirements:
Native/near-native French English B2
EU citizenship or Greek residence card
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Customer service experience preferred
Basic PC & CRM knowledge
Flexibility for rotating shifts
