Job Title: General Manager High Volume Event-Driven Restaurant & Bar (Unique Concept!)

Location: Clearwater FL
Compensation: $60k annually monthly health insurance credit 2 weeks paid vacation

Were looking for a General Manager who brings strong leadership a passion for hospitality and a commitment to building and maintaining a positive culture with their team.

What Youll Do:

Oversee daily operations of a fast-paced high-volume restaurant and bar
Lead train and motivate FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional guest service
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the neighborhood and local community
Create and execute event-driven promotions and partnerships
Monitor financial performance control costs and meet revenue targets
Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
Handle scheduling inventory ordering and vendor relations
Recruit hire and develop top talent with a focus on building a supportive inclusive team culture
Resolve guest issues with professionalism and care
Work closely with ownership and leadership team to innovate and improve operations

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience as a General Manager or AGM in a high-volume restaurant/bar setting
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication organization and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable with POS systems scheduling software and inventory management tools
Passion for hospitality and community engagement
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Must have open availability including nights weekends and holidays
No felony convictions involving violence or theft
