Front of House Manager Mi Cocina (Tulsa)

Are you a dynamic leader ready to join a vibrant growing company with a fun and authentic Mexican full-service concept Mi Cocina is looking for a passionate Front of House Manager to help bring our exciting vision to life in Tulsa! Were expanding rapidly and looking for culture-driven leaders ready to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house operations ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.
Train mentor and motivate team members to uphold Mi Cocinas high standards of service and hospitality.
Manage scheduling inventory and guest relations with a hands-on proactive approach.
Partner with the kitchen and leadership teams to maintain seamless service and strong communication.
Foster a positive energetic culture that reflects our brand values and lively concept.

Requirements:

Proven leadership experience in a full-service restaurant.
Willingness to relocate to Tulsa and attend a 7-week paid training program in Dallas (housing provided).
Excellent communication and team-building skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Ready to start training immediately upon selection.
