Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of corporate immigration case management experience.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end preparation and filing of employment-based nonimmigrant petitions (H-1B L-1 TN O-1 etc.)
• Serve as the main point of contact for high-volume corporate clients ensuring accuracy and responsiveness
• Draft USCIS/DOS forms legal letters and supporting documentation
• Monitor visa expirations case deadlines and filing timelines
• Collaborate directly with HR teams in-house counsel and employees for case compliance and efficiency
• Assist attorneys with responses to RFEs and NOIDs
• Use case management systems to track cases and improve workflow processes

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum 5 years of corporate immigration law experience with a focus on NIV work
• Expertise in H-1B L-1 TN O-1 petitions
• Experience handling high-volume corporate clients
• Strong organizational drafting and communication skills
• Proficiency with immigration case management software (e.g. Docketwise)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa Green Card OPT etc. acceptable)
